Martin Luther had a small head-start on Tyndale, as Luther declared his intolerance for the Roman Church’s corruption , by nailing his 95 Theses of Contention to the Wittenberg Church door. Luther, who would be exiled in the months following the Diet of Worms Council ,that was designed to martyr him, would translate the New Testament into German for the first time from the 1516 Greek-Latin New Testament of Erasmus, and publish it. Luther also published a German Pentateuch , and another edition of the German New Testament . In the 1530’s he would go on to publish the entire Bible in German.


martin Luther was a very influential man he was the first to really speak out against the church which at the time was a bold step because the church was the power huse at the time. before martin Luther the people fell in to ranks when it came to the church no one spoke out because, by speaking out you could be persecuted. and becuase at that timein the church the average church goer couldnt read the bible they had no knowledge of what right and wrong was they could decode the bible for themsleves. here are some of the events in his life that lead up to all his contraversy:

This movie was nto biast it took no side, it didnt that i felt hender the truth but was meerely a very historical movie. it stuck to the fact. right downt to the portrayal of his lightening instance and to "fighting" with the devi. his weakness was his strugggle with the devil which challenged hsi spirirtal leadership. and to me i thought althoguh he succced that the job of taking on the church was a little to big for his britches. but im glad he stepped out ebcause had he not who knows where we'd be without him. and that is what i admire is his boldness. and lack of fear.

wow you think in america its all fine and dandy until you get slapped in the face with the image of skid row and then you soon find yourslef coming to terms with the fact that this cookie cutter fantasy you've had is far from fantasy. there are so many people nout there in need who are struggle and need nothing mroe than a helping hand someone to reach out and tell them someone cares im here for you someone to treat them like a human. and i know alot or people( me in the past) judge homeless people like they werent humans rather that they were lazy worthless bums who just "didnt wanna get a job". WRONG. i got off my high horse and realized i have no clue what those people have been through most of them have been through more horror than i can fathom. and have stories that could really give yuo a wake up call to the idea that life is simple. each person down there has a story and who i am to judge what their story is. I should rather be out there helping lending my hand my support letting them knowi cant fathom what theyve been thtrough but ill gladly llisten and care in any way i can. i think its crazy that god speaks so much of the needy and less fortunate and yet they still to stay in teh dark in america like to me they should be our number one priority but we tend to shrug them off and look the other way. which is sad. i hope more people watched this show and took what i took from it if so there could be a change of heart of many people.

i think tv and internet are just a way for media to push there wyas and beliefs on us. that they have come so far off the beaten track of what is news worthy that they fill us with nonsense about moralless people and their problems rather than the real news like huricances in foreign countries or things that really matter.
1) i spend to much time listening to nonsense
2)i put tv ahead of god time
3) i worrry more about charlie sheen then dying kids

• If someone were to compare your television/internet usage time with the time you spend praying, reading the Bible, and worshipping God, what might they conclude about the source of your satisfaction?

Im afraid to say that they might not truly see christ in my life. and i hate to say that but i know its a place i need to change.

movie.

well. on a different note from all my other blogs. I've decided to come off as a more understanding person. i am a generally HARSH to say the least person. i know how i feel and no one can or will change that. but while watching the movie i came to the realization that being an ignorant jerk as i tend to be isn't going to help me in my "SAVE THE WORLD CAMPAIGN". i want so deseperatly to help but dont have the right  persona to do it. so while watching that trannny and homo parade i began laughing at the sespool of sinners. but then i realized ashley krausse you judgmental jerk. in more ways than one you belong there too. god see no homo rapist murder or liar as any different. as much as i dislike that concept i realized its true and i cant change the bible i just have to live by it. and hearing that man conversing with the homosexuals and such i realized maybe its not the people (homosexuals) i dislike its the sin. love the sinner hate the sin, everyoen has sin yet god calls us to love. but he tells us to stray from sin and to not lead into temptation. and as those people sat in that booth and so willing listened and shared their belief i realized i dont have it in me to do that. that i being the rash person i am might blow a gasket in that confessional. but i being the narrow minded christian would sit on my little pedistool of glory thinking that god loved me a little more than the homosexual who was sitting in front me. came to know that being narrowedmind and a jerk wouldnt get me where i needed to be. i wouldnt help those who so desperately needed it. but merely turn off all the world to chirstians. that i would  leave a mark on the name of chirsitanity that would take a century to wear off.

and my main thing is watching this movie made me realize what a horrible name chirsitans tend to get lumoped with. and when not all are that way granted some are. but those are the luke warm chirstians in the end god will spit out. but i sit here wondering.....
